MPC One+ future set up

Hi people! I'd like to ask a question about setting up my future studio. I currently have an Akai MPC One+ which I use as a sampler (for creating drums, etc.) and Ableton 12 as my main software, where I do arrangement and mixing. I don't currently have an audio interface, but I think it's time to buy one. I just bought a Behringer TD-3 and I'd like to add some more gear in the future. What would be the best and most convenient way to record if I have two or three synths, keyboards, or other drum machines along with external effects? Would an interface with multiple inputs and outputs work? A multitrack mixer? Or a small interface with an analog mixer connected to it, and then connecting all the equipment to that?
