Loop Start/End?

I am having some trouble getting my sequence to loop where I want it to. My problem is that my sequence does not end perfectly on the end of a bar to make the loop sound seamless, there is intead a pause and then loops.Is there a way to get it to loop at the end of the music intead of the bar? or to set my own beginning and end? I have a 2kXL.

I'm not sure I fully understand. But from what you say, it sounds like the tempo of the sequence is off. You could do a coulpe of things... tune the sample you're looping to fit the current tempo, or change the tempo to fit the loop.
The only other thing with looping is not getting the right start/end points. But if you've got the sample and it sounds the way you want it to then that probably isn't the problem. Plus you wouldn't get a pause at the end of the track if it was the end point... it just wouldn't loop properly. Must be the tempo. Have a play with it. Try playing the loop and hitting the TAP TEMPO button in time with the sample if that works for you. Or just increase the tempo with the jog wheel, bit by bit, until it sounds good.

I have a guitar sample which I messed with and it sounds the way I want it to. When I record, the guitar sample plays for around 4 1/2 bars before it stops, therefore the remaing 1/2 of the 5th bar has none of the sample.
At the end of the guitar sample is where I want it to loop not at the end of the bar, how or what can I do/adjust to make this possible??

I think this is what you want.....

Shift+5(trim) go to the guitar sound and cut off the clip you dont want. then hit f2(i think) and go to loop and turn it on
