when programming drums, i have tried different things. ive tried programming my drums into another sequence and then trying to play different sequences at the same time in the song. this doesnt work because if i choose to play the sequences at the same time, the sequence i select to play plays during the whole song. what is the best way to program drums? is it just making a new track in each sequence? my biggest problem is that some of my samples are like 32 bars long. thats a really long time to program drums. the advantage to making another sequence is that i can make taht one only one bar long and loop it throughout the whole song (two going). by the way i have a 2000xl. help?

Do u know how to copy and paste?
Yeah 32 bars is alot! Just chop it up. 8 bars each. lay the drum beat on a different track on the same sequence.
