THE MPC 2000 XL AND THE MPC 2000 XL MCD

HI PEOPLE, I JUST HAVE A QUERY. I AM LOOKING TO MAKE A NEW PURCHASE, OF AN MPC 2000 XL. i WANTED TO KNOW FIRSTLY IS IT WORTHWHILE PURCHASING THE 2000 XL OR 200XL MCD. THIS IS BECAUSE I WANTED TO KNOW FIRSTLY THE MAIN DIFFERENCES, IS IT EASIER FOR ME TO INSTALL MY OWN CARD READER DRIVE. ALSO ARE THERE ANY OTHER DIFFERENCES WHICH ARE SIGNIFICANT, AND THAT CANNOT BE REPLACED, OR THAT ARE RATHER HARD TO BE REPLACED.

I would go for a cheap second hand MPC2000XL and replace the diskdrive with a cheap card reader.

yo u cant jsut do that you need the OS for it, and its not free

MPC OS updates are allways free.
And even without an OS update you can use a cardreader.
