Postin' up your beats...

Can someone please explain how folks can post up their beats here? I know there is soundclick and all that but is there a real simple way to take my joints that are bounced to disk already and get them on here or any other site? Forgive my ignorance but computers and all this shit is real new to me. Good looks...............Peace......................................
