I thought I found an external cd-rom for my MPC 2000XL, now I'm not too sure, need feed back please... The seller said the Cd-Rom has No SCSI card, just drive and cables... The drive is HD50 (pins I'm guessing). Will this work or probably not...

If it doesn't have a scsi card how will you connect it?

I'm confused it says the product is an external SCSI 40x CD-ROM drive.

Included items: Power cord, HD50 SCSI cable, HD50 Terminator, External 40x CD-ROM drive and manual

HD50 SCSI cable,

They have to be compatible. If you only have 25 on the mpc it won't work. But i'm assuming if it has the cable the drive has the scsi.
