zip drive help

ok installed a new zip drive in my mpc2000xl but now i can`t get my old beats off of floppy to my zip, when i try to do it on my pc ,it`s not able to read the disk! now i got a usb zip drive and a usb floppy drive and i tries to just copy from the floppy to the zip but it wont work! help if you can

Did you format the floppies on the MPC? if so, your computer probably won't be able to read them.

once you format a floppy on the mpc ... a pc floppy drive wont read it anymore - i suggest hooking an old skool scsi floppy drive to your mpc, then copy over your tracks from the the floppy onto your zip...

a scsi floppy may be like 5-10 beans on the bay
