Tracking from 2000XL to Logic 7

Has anyone experienced timing problems when recording audio from the MPC to Logic? Ive tried adjusting the recording delay but it still isnt perfect. I dont mind that it isnt exactly perfect for drums but when i record a looped sample then it needs to be right other wise it wont loop properly.

Has anyone had similar problems or know how to solve this? Or is there a bteer way of doing it?

Pretty similar thing with me: got em synced by MTC, machine control seems to run okay, but when I actually go to record, either the sample starts about two beats early, or logic just don't record, depending on what settings I got. Tried various off-setting solutions: delay, no roll in, no count in etc etc...nothing

There's another thread over in 'studio environments' dealing with pretty much the same thing. No progress yet, but check it frequent.
