You have to loop them manually by playing the sample into the seqencer. Before you play it into the sequencer you are going to need to set the tempo. Its gonna take a couple of months of sample practice to get good with guessing tempos. But the best thing for you to use is the tap tempo. I'm not sure what you mean by playback though?
