Programs

Hey,
I loaded two programs (drums and piano) into the 2000xl and they each populate each of the drum pads. I laid the beat down, but when i wanted to add the piano, the beat converted to piano. How do i play programs simultaneously without the beat turning into the piano and vice versa?

make sure the track your playing (the one u put the drum pattern on) is set to the right program (the one with the drum samples one it)

that would be my guess?
