I just started sampling and i sample a loop on the 1000 to be later chopped up and then MY SAMPLE MEMORY IS FULL!!! i dont get it i have a 256 mb card but only 16 MB of sample memory??? how can i expand my sample memory?? so i can sample more??

The 1000 is only capable of 128MB ram. So it probably isn't recognising your 256MB card and just using the standard 16MB. I would look into what ram is compatible with the 1000 and buying it.

You can do a quick search on this forum for keywords such as "ram", "compatible", "1000" etc to find what you need.

you need the 128 expansion.

You don't have to use the Akai 128MB card though. Get another brand and save the money.

You used all of the 16 mb's on one loop. :shock: When you sample you ain't suppose to sample songs! :D
