I am struggling right now with creating drum patterns, can anyone assist me with advice on how to double and triple up on my kicks, and how to get that snare roll and ect.

And you could also cop the book "The Art of Drum Layering" just for some extra knowledge.

if your talkin about having a kick right after another,
usually, i put timing correct on 1/16 or 1/32 and then i hit a pad more than once. One after another.
