I need some serious help on my basslines!Please help

I need help on working on my basslines...when it comes to sample based beats that's not too much of a challenge as i just filter the sample,use 16 levels or ride the melody.......but non sampled is a different story,i can never seem to get it right...any tips?

U just got to feel the beat son and play along with it. Cant realy tell someone how to make a hot bassline. It comes with experience. I sometimes still have trouble making basslines. Or you can also.... I never tried but Im high right now and im feeling a lil creative. If you make an original track wit no samples right, This what u do. Take out the percussion and just sample the melody u played. Filter the melody in the MPC like you would do to a sample and use that as the bassline...Hmmm that was a great tip, I should charge u for that one, cut the check biotch Ill holla.
