16 Levels / Autochromatic

Is it possible to use the 16 Level function via a midi controller keyboard?

I know the autochromatic function can do it for me, but If I wanted to save myself a program and just use the 16 levels can I control it with the keyboard at all?

I am pretty sure the answer is no, but I just thought I'd double check..

Shaking my head. But anyways if u set a sound for the 16 levels it will not play out on the keys but it will play out on the pads.

i dont know about the other mpc's, but i dont think you can do that with the 2000.

Yeh the Autochromatic feature aint on the 2000,....I got the 2KXL.

16 levels can't be controlled via the keyboard....thread done...
