they still look like calculators n shit...

I dont think you can update a screen from a OS update if thats what you mean. And if they do you would you be buying a new one just to see your screen resoultion better. Just make the beats man, and you'll get results.

HE doesn't mean through the o.s.I think he was talking about the overall look which isn't a bad idea.More like the Triton or Oasys.Something like that right?

Yeah, that would be sick if they updated the screens. The triton and Oasys screens are the best. Imagine the MPC's with a touch screen

why everytime someone talks about making gear look better, there are ppl like ^^^ always trying to bring it back to "...it what your gear looks like, it's what you put into the gear that make the music" or something to that effect. i have not found one thread on this site where someone can talk about improving the cosmetics of their without someone saying something.

damn, maybe, just maybe ppl want their gear to look good. WE ALL KNOW GOOD LOOKING MACHINE DOES NOT EQUAL GOOD SOUNDING BEATS. if noone thought of improving the way things look everyone would still be using an interface like the DX7 or the SP12 or better still, no interface just a couple of buttons and transport controls.

it's called innovation and evolution ppl. i agree, it would be sick if even the 4k had a triton type screen. and the 2.5k and 1000 had some color to its screen.

screens fine to me, but a tiltable screen to me would be all i need

You can't be that dumb?Did i say anything about impairing?I said preserving.You think stareing at a 4 by 3 inch screen is good for your sight?You can't be that much of a dum bass.

Yea everybody wasn't blessed with perfect vision (trust me i kno) so a better screen would help..
