nah really... there is VSTplugins for filtering out sound in a certain stereo correlation. i.e the algorithm take out sound that is in deadcenter of a stereomix where usually vocals is placed....
but the result is often poor since there will be drums and shit in the deadcenter aswell...
what you ask for is not impossible but far from perfect.
