Need some programs

My friend just gave me his old laptop. Its running Windows 95, but its has a PC card slot... I plan to use that to transfer my samples to an MPC thtas got the same thing.. I was wondering if any one new of any Audio Programs for Win 95 that dont require alot of computer behind them. Looking for anything..Thanks
