loop editing

hi, i got my new mpc 2 days ago and i've just learned a couple of nice things........
i'm trying to make a sequence with a loop i've recorded and it seems impossible to me to make it sound correct, on rythm terms....i'd been trying with the trim and loop operation but no results.........you can feel the cut when playing loop.

sorry if asking so basic, but i'd been one day with this issue and couldn't figure it out, and also for my basic english.

would really apreciatte any help.
