Frustrated!

Can somebody please! tell me what type of cable do I need to connect my mpc 60 to my speakers? What kind do you guys use?

mpc 60 doesn't go directly to your speakers.

mpc to mixer/amp/reciever.

mixer to active monitors.

amp to passive speakers/monitors.
reciever to passive speakers/monitors.

Well if your MPC60 has a Stereo Out L/R then u could have a cable run from there L/R to the Speakers. Im not sure what kind of speakers you have but doin it the way Lamp said is alot better you can have a lil more control over sound.

What type of sound monitoring are you working with?

You gonna need an AMP!

lamp is it just the 60 that dosnt go straight to monitors?

yeah what gives? i run my 4000 directly to monitors and it works as it should. whats the deal with the 60?

Speakers are usually known as passive..

I should have said that earlier.. Sorry for the confusion..

MONITORS..
passive - no internal amp.
active - internal amp.

And your monitors are active aren't they?
