How do I get my drum kit going?

Alright I just got the feel of recording samples and chopping it up. But I am finding it hard to find a sample with alot of symbols. What kind of records sould I be looking at?
My goal is to find a drum kit that sounds like this:

Any special techniques of making each pad sound clean?

I might suggest buying one of those disc off ebay for like $5 that has over 10k wav files on it. I bought one and couldn't be happier with it. You'll get all the cymbals you need and more. Then you can worry about building a sample library.
