Sequence to Mp3 or Wav

When I hook mpc1000 to my PC, all the samples I have are already in a wav format, but when I want to upload my song i converted to a sequence it is some 22 kb file....I am very anxious to post my creation and need to figure out how to make it into an actual wav or mp3 file so I can post on the internet

The sequence you made contains no audio, just MIDI information and stuff. You have to record the stereo output of your MPC in your computer (or whatever audio recording possibility you have) via an audio interface. From there you can save it as a WAV or MP3 file and upload it.
