Adjust pad sensitivity

Yo, just started foolin around with my 2000xl and Ive been getting pissed because when Im layin down drums, the pads seem to be oversensitive and I get for example, more than just a regular kick, like a kick with a little snare behind it. Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity of the pads so that I can avoid this?

Nope, you'll have to adapt your playing style. It's a matter of time b4 you know how to hit those pads properly. To me an MPC is like any other instrument, it takes practice and dedication.
