.wav and .aiff files created in Mac G4 Powerbook

I have a Compact Flash card of .waff samples that I want to load into the MPC-1000. I didn't know how the machine would access the files so I included all the files in a folder and out side a folder (individually) as well. Please give me a step by step directions on how to do this.

I was just in the store playing with it today. I don't have the MPC-1000 yet and the guys working on the floor in the store didn't know the unit well at all. So thanks anyway.
