*** I NEED HELP *** using vsti's with my MPC2000xl

Whats good people. This is my first post here... I have a question I hope someone can answer... I recently started using vstis - I got Hypersonic (running it through Cubase SX3) and I'm trying to get it so I can sequence the sounds into my 2000xl (using my midi controller). Right now I have to record all my stuff on the MP then record it into Cubase and THEN record all the additional stuff with hypersonic. It limits me and I'm frustrated. What do I do??? I'm also using a Lexicon Omega interface if that helps at all. If this seems confusing at all, Its because I'm extremely confused. This is my first time using sounds off the computer and I'm lost. Let me know what you might not understnad and I'll clarify...
