Time Stretch

Whats up y'all?

Every time I edit this specific sample with a time stretch increase to slow it down, it plays back at the right speed in the edit menu (when I hit playx to play it back). But when i hit the pad that I assigned the sample to, it plays back at the unedited speed. Does anyone know what Im doing wrong and how to fix this? Thanks

what unit are you using? are what are the exact sequence of events you're doing for the problem to arise?.....

just guessing, but i'd have to say the effect created a new sample. assign the FXed sample to the pad.

yeah, if you hit "keep" when you did the time stretch it creates a new sample.

just assign the new sample to the pad.
