NE1 use reason

I got myself a reason disc yesterday, and running in real time with cubase and MPC, its real late onlatency, got minimum latency on the PC settings.
I am only using it for the REX player, the player seems to cut in half a bar late, and if I touch the mouse the thing crackles like an old telly! now I know whyt i prefer hardware!

anyway got any tips for resolving this?
I have two 512 sticks and two 256 sticks, it is RD ram, would it work with taking out the 2x 256 and sticking in more 512's? any tips? reason seems to glitch, I have minimum latency settings on the RME card...

you not using REWIRE?

whatever....i hear the free ASIO4ALL driver is good for reducing latency, particularly when using reason. i dont have the link, so drop that on google, its worth a try.
