Program file?

Has anyone ever saved a .PGM file on the MPC?

Not really one to get to cranky about this stuff - but this is the basics of the basics of knowing your mpc. There's nothing complicated about saving .pgm, .seq, .aps, .all - any of that - you really should be able to figure it out on your own. Couldn't you just try it and see what it does?

Get a manual, read it; check the 'getting started' section of the forum; turn on your mpc and have fun.

again - don't mean to be a d!ck, but teach a man to fish..., all that.

You can create and save PGM files on the mpc. Great for later use of sounds u may have used for a beat. It def beats having to load up all the sounds again individually.

He really doesnt I first got my mpc a couple days ago didnt know anything about it(I just messed around with it) and made a sick beat yesterday guaruntee veryone would like it.

If the simple saving of a PGM is possible causing problems then everything else that is needed to learn/know about the machine will be a long road to travel.

actually I dont have a long way to go....figured it out in 10 min....I'm not new to the MPC just had it but never used it, I've always used the PC or the Motif
