MPC 1000 or MPC 1000bk

MPC 1000 or MPC 1000bk

I went to guitar center and they had the bk and the blue one.
blue one = 599
bk = 899

so i asked myself is there any difference ? like the bk comes with more ram or something like that?

as far as i know the only diff is the color..

the black ones are more popular..

Well,it's possible that the more expensive (black) one has the exm128 ram expansion board installed.300 dollars difference must be there for a reason! just color difference? I don't think so...

They are the same thing to be honest. Its just black and has the newer OS on it.(the os from akai that is) Go for the blue one because u can change the color to black if u want by buying the black case from the link below.
