Basically i have saved a grand in uk pounds for a mpc but i don't know which to choose, i haven't had or even been on a mpc before but i thought id get one because i was using ableton on my pc but my computer weren't fast enough.

Basically which ones are easiet to use and which is the best value for money? i Was thinking about the 2500 because of the optional cd/rw drive?

Any helps much appreciated. Thanks!

I was in the same situation with you last week. Now I am a proud and a very happy 2500 owner.I have never used an mpc before, but so far(I have it for like 2 days)it seems easy to use,and you can't even imagine what are the capabilities of this baby.Go for it-you won't regret it.

cheers man, i was originally saving up for a 2000xl but in the end thought it's probably worth saving up a little longer to get a better upgrade if it is. i think im going to go for the 2500!

yea its always good to get the top of the line with anything, it just means you won't have to replace it or upgrade it down the road.

you should look at the other mpc's first, you dont want to spend 2000 when maybe you'll only want to use less than half of what its offering
