Assigning to pads for ASR-10 HELP

Okay so I'm gonna sample like one String sound and what is the auto button to assign em to all the pads at diffrent pitch's??

Chrono somthing I think I just fergot and I'm at work trying to remeber ??

also how can I set it up so it will auto load whyen I put in my zip like drum 1 then drum 2 then drum 3 and then drum 4 so I don't have to remeber or write it down witch is number what....
