now field top left corn

on my mpc im starting with 2bars & it seems to come around so quick but my ?tion is it always seems my timing is off when i starting the beat in the now field 000.2.01.72 what am i doing wrong!

when im making a beat i guess my timing is off as im making the beat while its recording to me its on beat butwhen i play it back its off ..

Maybe its your quantinizing/timing.

try starting the Beat @ 001.01.00, then see what happens.
Even if you have to step edit the first Kik in.
