I'm having a problem. I've asked about this in the past but I'm just know getting around to fixing this problem. It is a sync issue....
I can get both of the systems to sync and play at the correct tempo. But they don't play at the corresponding bars. For example, I have a 80 bar song in PT and 80 bar sequence in my 4k. If I go to bar 17 in PT and press play the 4K will start at bar 33. Strange?
A weird curveball to this situation is that everything works perfect if the tempo is 88bpm. Why? I need them to always sync correctly. I know I'm not the only person who uses these to pieces together. I know its possible.
Of course Digi says its an Akai problem and Akai says its a Digi problem.
Does anybody on here use this same setup? Same problem? It's about time I get this thing figured out. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Does anybody recommend a good tech/consultant I could hire to fix this issue? I have no problem paying to fix this issue.
