HD to 2500

Anyone know which harddrives that works with the mpc 2500?
There's a list on the net with HD tested to function with the 2500, but some of these are rather old (possibly not obtainable anymore) and I was wondering if anyone here has tried to fit a disk in there that's not on the list. And which disk it was.

good idea, but the thing is that computers/hardware are really sensitive about some of these things and I was wondering if anyone had any luck with certain hd's
