I've used sound forge in the past to edit samples and such. I got the mpc 1000. one of the easy things i found about sound forge was that i could place markers along an entire song where i thought it sounded cool and usable and go back and cut them out. I was wondering if its possible to do that on the mpc?
so far i've been sampling off records and i've been backtracking and recording section by section so that it is easy to manage on the edit section. that works well in the studio, but i was thinking if markers can be dropped i can save entire songs into the mpc and edit them on the road without having to bring a computer a long as well.
any thoughts?
