The MPC500 is the latest MPC out but your question is OPINIONATED. Don't expect an exact answer. Put it like this. Some like it and some don't. That better. If u wondering if it will suit your needs only YOU can answer that question. Go try it out if u can.

you never owned a 500 or a 1000 though. I have owned a 1000 and I would'nt recommend it. Its a really dope mpc but I think it was just a test product to see if there was demand for portable mpcs.
See you in PA

I heard it had a very tangy flamboyant flavor to it.

Oh ok, I had it confused with another mpc, my bad.
Mine has a fruity Starburst taste to it, I get good vitamin C mileage w/ mine.

Mpcs are really low on fiber....Get some of that non-taste powder and sprinkle it on!!!!
Over saturation is an excuse, plain and simple. If you got the product, you'll make $$$ no matter HOW many people are doing it!

Mash in some bananas for the extra potassium, and I also think the MPC is sort of low on magnesium since I often get the shakes when using it.

You should get the MPC 2000xl Zip with 8 outs if possible. For about $900 on ebay.
If you want more modern go to MPC 4000
The MPC 4000 taste's like steak
The 2000 XL taste's like hotdog.
