MPC500 audio out question

Hi I am new here and have been looking into getting a sampling drum machine for live use.

The MPC500 is what I think I should opt for, due to the fine MPC history and all, but I am a bit worried about the stingy master out only.

While this is fine live, if i take it to a studio, I can't record my drums on spearate tracks. Are there any options around this other than using a computer or hiring a more equipped MPC?

If you take it to a studio can't you just solo each track on the MPC and play through the sequence the whole way thorugh for each track? Sure it may take a bit longer but it's easier than getting another MPC I'd have thought...

Sure that makes sense but (excuse my ignorance I have never used an MPC before) does that mean i'll have to, say, record the kicks with other tacks on mute. then do the same for the snares somehow pressing play at the exact time required to make them sync to the kick?

the reason I am fussing over such a small detail is that one day i'd like to have a go recording everything on analogue reel to reel that probably has no notion of midi sync.
