X-station and midi with mpc 1000

how in the world do i change the midi channels to play diff instruments from the xstation and have them on midi channel 1a and 2a ........ on the mpc, please help!!!!

Yea im having the same problem except im using a Yamaha psr gx-76. For me it has something to do with my keys not being multitimberal i think.

yea, i duno what it is, its a headache i'll tell u that, cuz its like i cant finish anything with just one sound, dont even know what to do til i figure that out,

What im gonna do is just record all my midi tracks in cubase. Save it. Then go back and load up another sound into my keys and try to play out another vst or sound and record that one to the same song i have in cubase already. If u can understand what im saying.
