Pad 5

i waz wunderin wat makez pad 5 different from da othaz on an MPC 2500 .... wen i load a sample to pad 5 and i tap it it playz da whole sample and it doesnt over lap if i tap it 2ice really fast it just starts from da beginin.... how do i all the other pads just like pad 5... ma momz thru out ma manual im just get in started

In the program params screen you can set the parameters for the pad.

Changing poly to mono will cause the sample not to overlap.

And you can download a manual...

shyt... good lookz ma ni99a ... i a preciate but still how do i set up a pad to play a sample with out holding da pad .. u kno just one tap..

change pad to poly or mono

goto program - select the pad you want - highlight the sample - press window:
here you can change from "note on" to "one shot".
and make sure to have your manual to read things like that.
