I need some Help Tracking out a Beat.....

Hey whats up everyone, im pretty new to the mpc world, altho im catching on pretty quickly becuz of this web site.. Ive finally finished a pretty decent track on my mpc and now id like to get it to my Cubase Le on my Laptop. My current setup is a Mpc1000 , laptop, and a Tascam Us-144 Soundcard, Cubase Le, Reason 3.0 and a Maudio midi controller.. I know I don’t have enough inputs on my soundcard to track each track seperalty, so for now ill be happy doing track by track. How exactly do I do this? Ive never used my soundcard as of yet for anything, its still in the box. How do I go about tracking each track seperatly. Which input do I plug into on the mpc? For instance if I want to record track 1 ( snare) how do I do this? Sorry if I sound like a total retard , sometime its hard to explain what im tryin to do. Any help is appreciated.
