PLEASE HELPP ME TAKE OUT MY OLD RAM, AND OUT IN NEW ONES

This is soo agravating, I been like trying to take this ram out of my mpc for the last like 20 minutes. PLease if you could tell me how to take the ram out, and how to install it that would be so great thanks!!! Help Needed ASAP!!!
