Tracking into protools

Im tracking into protools and at the start of my kick track. Its a click but its only at the start. I have it midi synced so its start when i press play on protools. I've turned the volume down and the output and it still happens. Any suggestions would be great.

Just cut the first kick out and paste a good one in its place using grid mode.
Im assuming youre putting all parts on individual tracks.

Making sure that the START point of the kick sample is at the upswing of a zero cross point........

And that the moon is in crescent wanning........

along with the tides revolving in half circle upon netering your nearest bay area.......

ok i did everything yall said to do an its still clippin on the start of the kick.
I know its something in protools cause i recorded two bars instead of one this time an on the second bar it didnt clip until i seperated the region. Then it started clipping at the start of that region aswell . I know this aint a protools forum but if yall got any answers look out for ya mans!!!

Insert an empty bar in the beginning of your sequence, should help.

definitley the best thing to do and the easiest! or just make a blank sequence on the mpc then scroll to the beat
