Midi Clock- MtC difference???

im using cubase as master. should i use midi clock or mtc?.which is better?

I use MTC when synching the MPC to a DAW or hard disk recorder that's acting as master. With MTC there is no need to set up a tempo map in the DAW. The MPC locks very well to MTC or SMPTE/LTC (same thing in a different form). It's a very simple and stable sync mechanism.

what is DAW actualy

Sorry, it means Digital Audio Workstation. I just mean any recording software, like ProTools, Digital Performer, Logic, etc.
