Adobe Audition 1.5 and MPC 2000 Classic

Can somebody tell me if you can sync the MPC up to audition so I can track out my beats. If you can do you use MIDI or SPDIF or what?

someone sent me some good instructions on how to setup audition. it worked for me so ill see if I can dig the pm back up and forward it to you.
