mad static

how can i get a clean sound while recording in my pc? I'm running the signal through a well grounded dj mixer and getting shit sound (like static) when i record in Sonic Foundry Acid Pro. Help me please!

second .. what kind of soundcard do you have? onboard soundcard give ugly noise signals themselves..

third, check your input, select your line input..
