Hey guys... im using an mpc 2000Xl. Lets say I load a whole program of drums into drum1. How do i take the drum samples out of ram that im not going to use so I can have more ram??? Hope that makes sense.. Im trying to get my drums going and still have enough room to sample vinyl..

You can use the PURGE command, it's found in the manual.
It takes affect on samples NOT assigned to a PGM.

If the samples ARE assigned to a PGM and you just wanna delete them, that has to be done individually.

After I purge the drum samples I don't want to use out of the pgm, how do
I load different samples from another pgm into this one???
