sampling and insufficient memory!

i've got the sample into the mpc and i want to slice it into 16 pieces so i can assign each piece to a pad but it says insuffiecient memory. so does that mean i should either connect it to the comp or buy more memory space?

that means u need ram upgrade, search the topic(ram expansion) here and u will save money
