Can u use the mpc 1000 to trigger your own drum samples that u put on the cf plus use it to trigger sounds in reason 3.0, and use pro tools as a sequencer, plus still use your triton extreme for it's great synth sounds?

Yes. This question has been asked and answered by me. Here's the link to the thread:

I have the same setup, EXCEPT, I have an asr10. But pro tools is my sequencer for tracking, the mpc is drums and samples, reason is a soundbank and the ASR10 is reason's midi controller, effects & sound box.

If you need further assistance just send me a pm. Peace

You can do that too. Get a midi to usb converter, I have the uno by m-audio. Connect midi in/out to the mpc then connect the usb to the pc. Turn midi to "1A" on the MPC1000 main window. Now go to midi preferences in reason and create a basic keyboard and midi input. It will look like this.

Now you can mash buttons to control Reason's rack modules. Happy mashing, I hope this helps.
