yo what up boon doc i love your work fam i have question i when i chop up a sample and run them threw the pads like you did on your video i get the sensation of chops sounding to choppy it's like you can here the sound of one pad coming in to the next i tried to experiment with the attack and decay
but i still get that sound which annoys the phuck outta me. when i watch you do it it sounds just like the record. could you drop some science on the blend methods

pay closer attention when you're chopping. try to make clean chops.

try speeding up the tempo of the sequence a bit so the chops run closer together.

Wassup fam. You have to be sure that the sample is looping perfectly before you slice it up. So, just make sure to fix your start and end points in the Trim section. Also... the tempo has a lot to do with it. If you play slower than what the original tempo of the sample is... it'll sound choppy. Make sure to play in the pocket of the tempo, OR play it slightly faster.

You really dont have to it loop perfect just listen to the sample a lil bit. I listen to the sample and count in my head the beats and chop pretty close to what the number I had in my head.
