mpc 1000 to computer help

Hi, I just got my MPC 1000, how does the computer see/recognize the MPC or vice versa?

once you have connected it, on the mpc, press "mode", then either "save" of "load". one of the buttons under the screen will correspond to a "USB" tab, press it, and ya ready to go.
