Yes, it's possible. The disadvantage would be the fact that you have a mono keyboard and no mixer.

Disadvantages might be:
No EQ for shaping sound (If you wanted to boost the bass a bit, give it more high and mid(or perhaps less))
If for some reason the signal wasn't hot enough, with no mixer, you'd have no chance to boost the signal unless you happen to have a mic pre handy....
The only advantage might be less of a headache on wiring.....But to me, a mixer to a mpc to a mono keyboard would be the way to go. You can always pick up a 4 channel Behringer for $80 or so at Guitar Center......And you should definately be on the look out at any pawn stores in your area...

wouldnt it take longer to track out with a 4 channel mixer?plus my mpc has 8 outs so i wanna utilize all 8
